Structure Fire; INC#0022; 12:13AM; 2846 S Grand Av; https://bit.ly/4zELDWb; Historic South-Central; First arriving fire companies report an outside rubbish fire extending into a 50 foot by 100 foot 1 story commercial with a panel arch roof. Fire fighters initially operated in an offensive mode. Due to heavy pressurized smoke out of first holes on roof and pack-rat conditions in the interior, fire fighting operations transitioned to a defensive mode. Arson was requested. The Department of Building and Safety, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Water and Power were also notified.
