Knockdown - Structure Fire; INC#1423; 08:03PM; 6234 N Agnes Av; https://bit.ly/33LSzas; #NorthHollywood; 21 Firefighters took just 15 minutes to access, confine and fully extinguish an intense outside fire that extended into a debris-filled detached garage conversion at the east end of the property. Firefighters prevented all but exterior damage to the eaves of the 1,066 square-foot one-story primary residence, and halted flames before they could cause any damage to a neighboring home to the north. During the firefight, firefighters encountered an adult male resident with 2nd degree burns to his hands and legs. He was provided immediate on-scene care before being transported by LAFD Paramedics to an area hospital in serious condition. No other injuries reported. The fire was in the attic and extended down into the walls on one side of the building.
