Well, hello El Niño. Calls increased by about 17% this week as your LAFD handed out half a million sand bags and up to 1,000 tons of sand during #LARain. River rescues and stranded passengers on flooded streets were just a few of the 9,501 calls this week. Read on in your LAFD Week in Review.
