Firefighters will remain on scene for an extended period of time to improve containment lines and ensure remaining hot spots and smoldering debris is fully extinguished. No reported injuries. The fire is burning uphill in steep terrain, but thankfully in very light wind conditions. Firefighter are assigned structure protection in a nearby neighborhood as a precaution. One firefighter sustained a non-life-threatening injury and was transported to a local hospital in fair condition. No other injuries.
