Reported to be 'on its side, stuck in a narrow wedge'. Crews are getting shovels to attempt to dig out while LAFD Air Ops readies a back up plan. This is a dynamic situation with a number of options being assessed to determine the best approach. The LA Animal Services 'Specialized Mobile Animal Rescue Team (SMART) has been notified for assistance.
