LOS ANGELES-
Pursuant to agency protocol, the Los Angeles Fire Department has issued an official preliminary summary report by the LAFD Serious Incident Review Team regarding the death of LAFD Firefighter III Kelly Wong on June 5, 2017, following injury he sustained in an on-duty training evolution on June 3, 2017 in downtown Los Angeles.
