Update Trench Rescue 07/03/2019 INC#1337

Update Trench Rescue; INC#1337; 06:25PM; 5055 N Louise Av; http://bit.ly/2XlTB8S; Encino; An adult male in grave condition, still buried chest high inside of a construction trench. Initial findings suggests the worker descended into the trench to do work on an underground sewer line when a catastrophic failure of the trench occurred. Rescuers are shoring up the trench to prevent further collapse and making entrance into the area containing the patient to begin rapidly digging him out. MEDIA: The trench is on private property; continue staging at 5000 Louise (enter from Ventura Blvd).
