Update Knockdown Structure Fire; INC#1663; 10:12PM; 648 N Ardmore Av; http://bit.ly/2HY50Sb; East Hollywood; 62 Firefighters took 28 minutes to confine and extinguish heavy fire within a 3,064 square-foot combination 1 & 2 story vacant / boarded multi-family home. One male civilian was rescued from the 2nd floor of the inferno by LAFD firefighters, and has been taken to an area hospital in critical condition with unspecified injuries. There are currently no firefighter injuries, as fire overhaul continues. She is conscious and will be transported in undetermined condition to a nearby trauma center. Another person nearby later felt faint, and was evaluated by LAFD Paramedics before declining ambulance transport. Update Knockdown Brush Fire; INC#0634; 11:23AM; 11062 N Winnetka Av; http://bit.ly/2uyEOur; Chatsworth; Despite wind, an LAFD ground and air response of 55 personnel took just 27 minutes to fully extinguish less that one-quarter acre of freeway adjacent vegetation that was burning at the southeast corner of the intersection of Porter Ranch Dr and Ronald Reagan (SR118) Freeway. There have been no injuries and no structures threatened. The eastbound onramp only to the 118 Freeway at Porter Ranch Drive will remain closed until LAFD operations are complete. Update Rescue 02/25/2020 INC#1705

Update Rescue; INC#1705; 10:50PM; 23422 W Los Encinos Wy; http://bit.ly/2TkFZWu; Woodland Hills; An adult male not affiliated with nearby home/s, fell approximately 20' down the vertical concrete wall of the mostly dry Calabasas Creek flood control channel, landing in the bottom of the channel, sustaining leg injuries.
