Firefighters extinguished the flames in 29 minutes. No occupants found inside. No reported injuries. This structure is a modern, garden style apartment building under renovation. The fire was on the first floor moved up a wall into the 2nd floor. Firefighters made their way into the attic to ensure all was clear and no fire extension. No injuries reported.
