ADVISORY - COVID19 TESTING SITES; 02:30PM; internal:/; Due to events occurring throughout the City of Los Angeles over the last several days, the ONLY City of Los Angeles "Drive-through" testing sites that will be open tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3, 2020, is the Dodger Stadium testing site located at 1001 Scott Ave (enter through gate B), and the Crenshaw Christian Center testing site located at 8901 S. Vermont Ave (enter off of 79th St.). Appointments for June 3rd scheduled at locations other than Dodger Stadium or Crenshaw Christian Center have been moved to the Dodger Stadium site. Thank you for your understanding as we all work together through these challenging times.

After a well-coordinated interior fire attack with vertical ventilation, and a thorough search for unseen fire, 71 firefighters claimed knockdown in 34 minutes. No reported injuries. Update Greater Alarm Structure Fire; INC#1233; 08:10PM; 15708 W Vanowen St; https://bit.ly/2U0aMZP; Van Nuys; LAFD found a strip mall on fire that was previously looted. There was a report of a shooting at the scene prior to LAFD arrival. No patients or suspects found on scene. LAPD responded with LAFD for force protection. Fire damaged at least three units prior to firefighters extinguishing the fire. 71 LAFD personnel have extinguished the flames, and firefighters continue searching the walls and attic spaces for extension. No reported injuries. One adjacent home was being exposed to flames, as firefighters arrived. Crews skillfully protected the living space of the exposure, which sustained limited exterior damage only. One family will be displaced, but is not in need of Red Cross assistance. No reported injuries.
