All persons have been accounted for according to bystanders (and LAFD search was clear). 30 LAFD firefighters extinguished the fire, which destroyed a secondary house to the rear of the property, in 31 minutes, while protecting nearby homes on either side. LACoFD hand crews have been cancelled. LAFD ground crews will remain at scene to fully extinguish smoldering grass and brush. No injuries. No structure threat or damage. Burbank Blvd will remain closed to all traffic between Sepulveda Blvd and Woodley Ave until LAFD operations are complete.
