Update Brush Fire; 07:01PM; 5048 W Coliseum St; internal:/; Crenshaw District / Baldwin Hills; KNOCKDOWN: 103 FF (plus Air and Ground crews from LACoFD) in 53 mins. The aggressive, coordinated air and ground attack by LAFD and LACoFD ensured the fire was stopped and none of the threatened homes were damaged. Once firefighters were able to ascend the hill, more fire found in canyon (acreage ?). Upgraded to a full brush response with water dropping helicopter enroute.
