Water flow is into open parking, therefore causing no damage to building/contents. One small rehab/PT business being evacuated (number of people unk) in abundance of caution due to presence of light smoke. No injuries reported. A stubborn fire found between the exterior wall on the Bravo side of the building required thorough investigation and opening of the wall.
