Suspect vehicle collided with two other vehicles at or near an intersection, including a pick-up truck being driven by a public utility worker. 5 patients total: 3 are seriously injured. 2 have minor-to-moderate injury. None of the patients are law enforcement officers. The intersection of Western Avenue and Franklin Avenue will remain closed to all traffic until the on-site law enforcement investigation is complete. Duration unknown.
