While six garages were involved, the crews prevented the fire from extending into the exposed structure. The cause and $ loss TBD. One patient is being evaluated for possible minor burn injury. Physical Rescue; INC#1579; 10:15PM; 118 N San Pascual Av; https://bit.ly/3qszgdn; Highland Park; One vehicle collided with a two-story apartment building (over parking sublevel), trapping three in the vehicle and injuring one inside the apartment building. Firefighters extricated three from the vehicle, transporting them in critical condition. One patient from the apartment building was transported in fair condition (total of 4 transported to local trauma center). No injuries. Firefighters isolated the flames to the unit of origin, and extinguished the burning contents in 14 minutes (1:49pm). No reported injuries.
