Technical Rescue; INC#1469; 08:43PM; 817 S Hobart Bl; https://bit.ly/36F1pbI; Koreatown; Firefighters are on scene with a female patient trapped in a concrete trash chute. Reports are she is located about 20' down from the roof (four story apartment building). Condition of the patient is unknown at this time. Urban Search and Rescue along with Heavy Rescue specialists are evaluating the situation to determine how to most safely access the patient.
