Update Explosion - Investigation Results 04/15/2019 INC#0505

Update Explosion - Investigation Results; INC#0505; 03:53PM; 661 N Harbor Bl; http://bit.ly/2UCVPzw; San Pedro; The investigation has determined this was an accidental explosion likely due to a flammable fuel/air mixture associated with the cargo vehicles being transported inside the large cargo container. When the big rig drove over a speed bump, the sudden movement likely created an ignition source that rapidly ignited the vapor inside the closed container, creating the accidental explosion. ; FS 112; Batt 6; South Bureau; Council District 15; - Brian Humphrey
