Structure Fire; INC#0692; 11:33AM; 4649 E San Andreas Av; https://bit.ly/3vq3BMK; Mount Washington; Firefighters are continuing to chase the fire through this 1 and 2 story, hillside descending duplex (building type updated) which had fire running from the crawlspace up the walls to the attic. While the bulk of visible flames are extinguished, there is still pressurized smoke emanating from parts of the building and crews are working to find the sources. There are no other buildings exposed and no injuries reported. KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0140; 03:37AM; 851 S Manhattan Pl; https://bit.ly/3vbcE3G; Koreatown; KNOCKDOWN: 82 firefighters extinguished the fire in 45 minutes with no injuries reported. Firefighters transitioned back to offensive mode after knocking down the bulk of the fire, to reach the final hot spots. Park Rangers made their way to the vehicle and report one 68yo female patient, alert and talking (extent of injuries unknown at this time). Firefighters are on scene and making their way down with equipment, to assess the situation to determine the safest method of bringing the patient up to the road for treatment/transport as required.
