Crews made entry with hose lines and discovered heavy fire in the attic. Firefighters ventilated (cut holes in) the roof to allow the heavy smoke to escape, while firefighters below made access through the ceiling to extinguish the flames in 19 minutes. No reported injuries. Auto Rollover with Entrapment; INC#1835; 10:20PM; EB 118 Fwy x 210 Fwy; https://bit.ly/4e69F2h; #Pacoima; Firefighters responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision, with rollover and entrapment, resulting in three people needing medical aid. Crews extricated two trapped victims from the wreckage, using hydraulic rescue tools. Both trapped patients were transported to a nearby trauma center in critical condition. A third patient was transported in moderate condition. Firefighters extricated two patients, and transported a total of four patients (3 critical & 1 in fair condition) to local hospitals (ages/genders: 18M, 16M, 18F, 30F). Firefighters had previously been to this property for a previous fire, which presented dangers of a weakened structure and existing holes in the roof and floors. Ultimately, it took the first 32 firefighters 28 minutes to extinguish the flames. No reported injuries.
