Firefighters opened up the structure and had visible fire on the Alpha side of the building. Once inside, they located a contents fire and prevented it from extending into the structure or up into the 2nd floor. A primary search located no patients and no injuries reported. The patient transported from the semi-tractor trailer is an approximately 30yo male patient. The deceased patient from the airplane is male, age unknown. Bystanders pulled the patient from the wreckage and were directed in providing CPR via the LAFD 9-1-1 Dispatcher until LAFD firefighters arrived and assumed medical care. The small amount of fuel (exact quantity unknown) on the ground by the plane has been secured from further spread by firefighters. LAFD PIO Firefighter David Ortiz is enroute to the scene to assist with fire-related media inquiries. The NTSB is notified of the incident and any questions regarding the plane, origin, occupant, etc are referred to their agency for the investigation.
