Knockdown Rubbish Fire 11/21/2020 INC#1215

Knockdown Rubbish Fire; INC#1215; 07:36PM; 19350 W Nordhoff St; https://bit.ly/3kQcCXT; Northridge; 38 LAFD Firefighters took just 18 minutes to fully extinguish a large rubbish fire near a homeless encampment between railroad tracks and a flood control channel. No injury. The nearby electronics retail store was not damaged. Any and all Metrolink Ventura County Line and Amtrak Pacific Surfliner rail traffic on that route is prohibited between the Tampa Ave and Corbin Ave grade crossings until LAFD mop-up and equipment retrieval is complete.
