During fire extinguishment, a lifeless adult male was discovered in the vehicle. Beyond medical help, he was determined deceased and remains at the scene. No other injuries reported. The cause of the fire is under active investigation. It took 49 LAFD firefighters 50 minutes to snuff out the flames, holding the burn to approximately 1.5 acres. Crews will remain on scene to ensure any remaining hot spots are eliminated.
