Update KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1459; 10:59PM; 1027 N Heliotrope Dr; https://bit.ly/2Hx9vGY; East Hollywood; CORRECTED ADDRESS; LAFD found a 1,731 sq-ft vacant single-family home built in 1908 fully engulfed in flames. It took 36 firefighters 26 minutes to extinguish the flames, starting with an exterior-only attack to knock back the intense heat, before finishing the job inside. No reported injuries.
