CONCLUDED Hazardous Materials; INC#0916; 12:37PM; Eb 210 Fy; https://bit.ly/3SK20gS; Sylmar; LAFD Hazardous Materials squad conducted an investigation of the spilled pool chemicals and determined there are no hazards. The scene is safe and control is being transitioned to CHP and Cal Trans. The patient declined LAFD transport. This is now a Hazardous Materials incident due to the chemical spill. Traffic will be impacted on the EB 210, just east of Roxford. Hazardous Materials 10/14/2025 INC#0815

Hazardous Materials; INC#0815; 10:24AM; Sb 5 Fy; https://bit.ly/4h72wAy; Sun Valley; Box truck on (corrected to upright) its side with a fuel leak from the saddle tank (fuel tank which sits alongside a truck's frame). Firefighters stopped the leak and are working to contain any run off. It is a static situation with no serious injuries (two patients - one declining LAFD transport and one being evaluated). A reduced number of resources will handle the incident. Traffic will remain impacted on the SB 5 for an undetermined period of time. FORWARD PROGRESS STOPPED Brush Fire; INC#0500; 09:23AM; 11733 Cetona Wy; https://bit.ly/4n1VQVU; Chatsworth; Firefighters stopped the forward progress of the Harold Fire at approximately three acres with no injuries reported and no structures damaged. The fire is wholly within the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County Fire Department and the incident will transition to them for the mop up operations.
