Responders are searching the area to assure no other victims. Mulholland Drive will be closed in both directions between Laurel Canyon Blvd & Laurel Pass Ave until emergency operations are complete. The fire is extinguished with no injuries reported. It is named #LeaugeFire by ANF. Brush Fire; INC#1176; 06:03PM; 11201 N Big Tujunga Canyon Rd; https://bit.ly/2MqTJPa; Sunland; October 3, 2020: 6:03PM - the LAFD responded to a reported brush fire and found less than 1/4 acre of medium to heavy vegetation burning on flat ground with no wind. This fire is in the Angeles National Forest jurisdiction and they have one engine on scene as well. No structures are threatened and no injuries reported. The fire is now at approximately 1 1/2 acres (light to heavy brush with light wind and no structures exposed). Firefighters have lines around the entire perimeter of the fire and all forward progress has been stopped. Crews are transitioning to a mop up operation. No injuries reported.
