LAPD was on-scene for a PD matter, and extracted a patient prior to LAFD being requested and arriving. Update Structure Fire; 12:26PM; 10141 N Samoa Av; internal:/; Tujunga / Sunland; KNOCKDOWN: 68 FF in 37 mins. Fire extended from garage to the 2nd story of a 2 story (over parking) townhouse. Fire prevented from extending to the adjacent residence. Three patients with minor burn injuries being transported (gender/age unk) in good to fair condition. Update Structure Fire 10/08/2016

Update Structure Fire; 12:00PM; 10141 N Samoa Av; internal:/; Tujunga / Sunland; Structure is a two story townhouse over parking. Fire extended from garage through to the second floor of the unit. The adjacent unit is clear of fire. FFs making good progress up to the 2nd floor where they are taking heavy heat. Roof operation opening up ventilation to facilitate continued interior attack. Currently 46 FF on scene with additional resources requested, which will bring the total to 68. LACoFD E63 also responded to the incident.
