One patient is trapped in the vehicle pinned underneath a semi truck. The occupant of the pinned vehicle is in *at least* critical to grave condition and requiring extrication. The second patient has non-life threatening injuries and is being evaluated for any necessary treatment or transport. Update Structure Fire KNOCKDOWN 02/02/2021 INC#0158

Update KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0158; 10:41AM; 1004 N San Fernando Rd; https://bit.ly/3jbtf0S; Cypress Park; After approximately two hours from the first alarm, 115 firefighters had eliminated the threat, however pockets of hot burning material still remained. The incident commander ordered LAFD heavy equipment crews to assist with moving rubble and debris to provide better access to firefighters' hose streams. Although the fire was well contained just after 6:00 AM, an official "knockdown" of the fire was not declared until 10:41 AM, 6 hours and 39 minutes after the original alarm. Firefighters will stay many hours through the afternoon (possibly evening) to ensure no hotspots remain that could provide a source for the fire to rekindle (overhaul operations). No reported injuries.
