Motorists should anticipate continued congestion on the Arroyo Seco Parkway through Elysian Park, and consider an alternate route. KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1459; 09:23PM; 509 S Westlake Av; https://bit.ly/3eVE9aK; Westlake; Firefighters searched the fire building - a 3,312 sq-ft two-story four-plex built in 1908 - and did not find any victims inside, as previously reported. Firefighters performed a coordinated attack with interior fire attack and vertical ventilation. It took 43 firefighters 16 minutes to extinguish the flames. No reported injuries.
