Update Confined Space Rescue; 06:04PM; 695 S Santa Fe Av; internal:/; #DOWNTOWN Aged updated to 25yo M, fell down a narrow (about 2') pilon support hole at a construction site. The patient is alert and oriented and able to talk with rescuers, the extent of any injuries unk at this time. Update Firefighter Injury 06/04/2017

Update Firefighter Injury; 08:37PM; internal:/; FIREFIGHTER INJURY Update: The LAFD firefighter who suffered injuries from a fall on Saturday morning, June 3, remains in critical condition at a local trauma center on the evening of Sunday, June 4. Upon his arrival at the hospital immediately following the accident, the firefighter was rushed into emergency surgery to address numerous blunt force trauma injuries suffered in the fall. The member, whose name is not being released at this time, has been with the LAFD for two years. The Department thanks members of the public, allied fire departments, and especially our own members for their passionate and steadfast support at this difficult time.
