A fifth patient (unknown age or gender), was assessed and declined LAFD offer for transport to hospital. Hydrant was successfully shut down by firefighters. The occupants are in the vehicle being directly impacted by the large volume of water from the sheared hydrant. All persons involved in the accident will be thoroughly assessed by paramedics once extricated. MEDIA STAGING 1224 Hope Street. 2 story commercial with a mezzanine . Heavy fire showing from the roof and heavy pressurized smoke from roll up doors. All units ordered out of the building. Transitioning from offensive to defensive mode. All LAFD units accounted for. Arson and Emergency Air for firefighter rehab requested. PIO also requested and enroute. Request for Remote Suppression Robot requested. LAFD units are on scene with a detached garage, well involved with fire. LAFD made offensive stance with their fire fighting tactics. BC12 will be FILMORE IC. All occupants reported to be out of the structure. No extension into the main house. Reports of two injuries. Patients were evaluated by LAFD paramedics, but no patient transport to hospitals at this time.
