LAFD ground crews in coordination with LAFD Air Ships have stopped the forward progress of the fire. LA County Fire Hand Crew personnel were enroute for but have been cancelled by the IC. [KNOCKDOWN] Structure Fire; INC#1082; 03:14PM; 13775 W Filmore St; https://bit.ly/4wlvd4a; Pacoima; IC declared Knockdown with no extension to exposures at 1514 hours. LAFD units are on scene with a detached garage, well involved with fire. LAFD made offensive stance with their fire fighting tactics. BC12 will be FILMORE IC. All occupants reported to be out of the structure. No extension into the main house. Reports of two injuries. Patients were evaluated by LAFD paramedics, but no patient transport to hospitals at this time. One of the vehicles overturned was a tanker truck spilling bleach. Both sides of the 105 freeway shut down at this time. LAFD hazmat crews are on scene assisting with clean up and safety. 1 patient was located, evaluated and released without transport. BLEDSOE IC The forward progress of an approximately 1 1/2 acre grass fire has been stopped. LAFD crews have an estimated 2 hour mop-up of the fire. Reporting the grass fire is now 1/2 acre burning into the wind. Still now structures or exposures threatened. Fire is a grass fire burning in light fuels with a slow rate of spread. BC12 upgraded the LAFD response to a BRUSH Fire response. LAFD Air Operations have been attached, Water Tender 77 and 1 additional helicopter from LA County Fire Department also requested.
