Traffic; INC#1846; 09:10PM; 8600 S Sepulveda Bl; https://bit.ly/3Ox8z7m; Westchester; An LAFD BLS Rescue Ambulance was involved in a traffic accident with a passenger vehicle. 2 LAPD officers were in the ambulance "escorting" the patient. One LAFD member two LAPD officers (age and genders unknown), as well as the approximately 23F driver of additional vehicle involved in the accident are all being transported to local hospitals with minor injuries. An additional rescue ambulance was requested to continue the transport of the original patient. LAPD INC#4857. Wires Down; INC#0632; 09:12AM; 460 N Gaffey St; https://bit.ly/3K8FzR5; San Pedro; Units arrived to find a severed power pole with wires down at the SB 110 Freeway at Gaffey. LAFD is diverting traffic at First St and Gaffey, while street while crews from DWP and DOT make the transition of command. CHP has shut down the SB 110 freeway at Pacific and Channel. There are no reported injuries. Crews will remain on scene for overhaul operations and water removal. Update Traffic 02/17/2026 INC#0805

Update Traffic; INC#0805; 12:04PM; 11009 W Burbank Bl; https://bit.ly/3ONhL7F; North Hollywood; Now reported as a two-vehicle collision with one vehicle into the power pole, causing down power lines. The vehicle into the pole is an EV with auto fire and it will be an extended duration operation because firefighters can not get close to the vehicle due to the power lines. LAFD HazMat is enroute to assist. Two patients are being evaluated for what appear to be minor injuries, there have not yet been any hospital transports. The intersection is closed and drivers are advised to seek alternate routes. No further updates are anticipated. Traffic; INC#0805; 11:29AM; 11000 W Burbank Bl; https://bit.ly/4axaMak; North Hollywood; Single vehicle into power pole with auto fire. There was no entrapment, any occupants were out of the vehicle upon LAFD arrival. There are downed power lines adjacent to a small liquor store which has been evacuated for safety. The area is being secured and traffic is closed in all directions at the intersection. DWP was notified for their response. Two patients are now being evaluated for unknown injuries.
