NOW OUT Structure Fire 04/27/2021 INC#0736

NOW OUT Structure Fire; INC#0736; 01:09PM; 6325 N Topanga Canyon Bl; https://bit.ly/3eQsqsX; Woodland Hills; Firefighters found a six-story sealed office building with light smoke inside. As a precaution approximately 75-100 people were evacuated. A small fire was located in a 5th-floor business that was closed at the time. Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames, but smoke had accumulated inside the unit and spread throughout the building as firefighters made access to put out the fire. Firefighters used blowers to mechanically ventilate the structure, systematically controlling doors and windows to force fresh air back into the structure for those that must continue their work day inside. There were no reported injuries and those who were evacuated will be allowed back inside as soon as it is safe (smoke completely removed).
