No injury. Further update on the building appears to be divided into two units with a partition wall separating areas within one unit. Firefighters prevented the fire from extending beyond the original unit (the extent of potential smoke/water damage is unknown at this time). LAPD has one male (age unknown) in custody as a potential arson suspect. Firefighter/paramedics are evaluating him to ensure there are no injuries.
