Firefighters made access to the structure and ascended floor by floor to locate the fire in one unit on the 2nd floor. The fire extended into a wall and required a thorough investigation to determine the extent of the burn and whether it made it's way up to the 3rd floor unit. Firefighters opened walls and ensured all smoldering spots were extinguished.
