Update Hazardous Materials ; INC#0433; 11:22AM; 232 W 115th St; https://bit.ly/3u72WA5; Broadway-Manchester; A total of three patients: 28yo male was determined dead on scene, 30s yo male transported in *at least* serious condition, 30s yo male transported in fair condition. The evidence on scene indicates an overdose resulting in a death which leads to the suspicion of the unknown substance being fentanyl. LAPD, LAFD, LA IMPACT and LA Coroner are all on scene for the investigation. LAFD HazMat Squad is assisting with testing the product. Once it is identified, LAFD involvement will conclude. Any further questions are referred to LAPD Inc# 1302.
