The LAPD is conducting door-to-door evacuations which will cover the 60 homes within the evacuation order area. Bystanders report seeing an adult male walk into the lake and not return. Firefighters located and pulled the patient from the lake. Despite the best efforts of the firefighter/paramedics on scene, the patient was beyond medical help and determined deceased.
