Wires down on Stagg by the incident and drivers are advised to avoid Zombar x Stagg. LADOT/LAPD will be managing traffic flow. There are some pet birds (parrots, etc) in the backyard, sadly at least one is deceased and some injured (numbers unknown at this time). LA Animal Services notified to coordinate their care.
