Structure Fire - NOW OUT; INC#0134; 02:25AM; 454 W Mt Washington Dr; https://bit.ly/48ofdVa; Mount Washington; At 2:25AM the LAFD responded to find a two-story, single family dwelling well involved in fire with multiple exposures. Firefighters initiated an offensive fire attack but due to interior conditions, the Incident Commander directed a transition to defensive operations at 2:54AM. Firefighters extinguished the fire in 47 minutes. One 48 year old female patient was transported in serious condition with complaints of smoke inhalation. Sadly, one pet cat was found deceased.
