Further investigation discovered a detached garage with obvious signs of a explosion (cause unknown at this time). One person was located in the vicinity of the home with burn injuries but is not cooperating with firefighters/paramedics for evaluation. There is no active fire but crews will be overhauling the structure to ensure no smoldering hot spots remain. Building and Safety is responding for the evaluation and occupancy determination of the structure. So Cal Gas is responding to assist in the investigation. LAFD Arson is responding for the investigation. 9-1-1 call was received at 8:03AM.
