No injury. Crews will remain on scene to assist with smoke removal and salvage. They are preparing to conduct a hoist rescue to retrieve and transport the 56 yo male patient with several traumatic injuries. The helicopter will remain on scene for an extended duration (estimate 20 mins) due to the care needed in packaging the patient for the hoist. The original 9-1-1 call was received at 9:11AM. Upon arrival, there was no active fire hazard and the power was confirmed off. Five male patients were transported with a mixture of burn and smoke inhalation injuries. All patients were alert, conscious, talking and were in fair condition. None of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening. DWP confirms there will be an outage in the area as repairs are underway.
