Structure Fire - Now Out; INC#0026; 12:18AM; 4912 N Beeman Av; https://bit.ly/4eTUZ6L; #ValleyVillage; LAFD crews responding to an alarm company notification of an automatic fire alarm, arrived quickly to find a shed attached to the front of a one-story home, well involved with fire, with flames extending into the residence. First arriving firefighters mounted a bold attack on the blaze, as they simultaneously searched the 2,700 square foot home, finding and rescuing an elder adult male resident from the heat, smoke and flames. The man, who sustained burns to his head, was provided on-site medical care, before being transported to an area hospital in fair condition by LAFD Paramedics. Again searching the premises as they completed extinguishment of the flames (at 12:46 AM), firefighters discovered the man's pet dog deceased within the fire damaged building. No other injuries were reported. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation. ; FS 78; Batt 14; Valley Bureau; Council District 2; BC14 BC5 E102 E108 E260 E278 E289 E60 EM14 RA102 RA60 RA878 RA89 T60 T78 T89; CH8; 17; Brian Humphrey

Update Truck Fire; INC#1586; 10:00PM; NB 405 Fwy south of Ventura Blvd; https://maps.app.goo.gl/vDUagKcN4Ukjnw6D7; #ShermanOaks; The fire has been fully extinguished, and was confined to the tractor (cab) only of the big rig, which included *tandem* (two) trailers containing 7,600 gallons of diesel motor fuel.
