Update Structure Fire; 08:27AM; 1566 S Rio Vista Av; internal:/; Boyle Heights; Follow up info: Business name is not yet determined but the fire load was bailed materials and textiles, creating the stubborn conditions. Heavy equipment will be required to spread apart materials while crews continue to control any hot spots. LAFD Arson is investigating cause.
