Heavy equipment will be required to spread apart materials while crews continue to control any hot spots. LAFD Arson is investigating cause. Additional people walked out along the river without LAFD assistance, numbers uncertain. Crews continue to clear homeless encampment from multiple sites along section of LA River in Sepulveda Basin. Resources being released from areas cleared. Reports of additional persons stranded in tributary south of the river near Burbank Blvd and dam wall - LAFD investigating.
