Update Structure Fire; 06:41PM; 9433 N Sepulveda Bl; internal:/; #NORTHHILLS KNOCKDOWN: 65FF in 33 mins. This vacant craftsman with a converted attic and basement was heavily boarded up, creating forcible entry challenges and delaying access to the seat of the fire both in the rear of the structure and attic. Update Structure Fire; 06:22PM; 9433 N Sepulveda Bl; internal:/; #NORTHHILLS Building is very compartmentalized and boarded, creating access challenges getting hand lines to each section of the building. Firefighters have now been able to make access to the converted attic, where there is heavy fire, and are making good progress. No injuries reported. Exposed building has been protected from damage. Additional resources were requested prior to successful forcible entry creating access points. Total fire companies now assigned is provided below (raising it to a Greater Alarm) but not all those units have arrived on scene.
