Fire appears to have started on 1st floor and extended into the 2nd floor. Electrical Incident 05/07/2018

Electrical Incident; 09:02PM; 10900 W Foothill Blvd; https://goo.gl/maps/TSWPdGutFgy; #LakeViewTerrace At 7:28PM, the LAFD responded to a reported transformer fire. Units on scene found a large bank of transformers, approximately 25' up, on fire. They commenced firefighting operations which was over a grassy area. Preliminary reports are two horse/riders approached and were waved off by firefighters to take a different route. They proceeded without change in course and the 2nd horse fell to the ground while crossing the area. The riders are reported to be father and minor son. The son was the rider on the 2nd horse and is being medically evaluated but does not appear to have any injuries. LAFD PIO is enroute. LAFD is in Unified Command with DWP.
