Firefighters have shut down the ladder pipe operations and are transitioning into the overhaul stage using hand lines. Traffic - FATALITY; INC#0609; 10:17AM; 4474 N Woodman Av; https://bit.ly/4kQxMFh; Sherman Oaks; Auto vs (parked) moving van resulted in the transport of three patients and one patient determined deceased onscene. Adult female and 10yo male transported per protocol for a fatality (they did not have any apparent injuries). A 12yo male (front passenger seat) determined deceased on scene. The third patient was transported for medical reasons, not involved in the collision. LAPD and Crisis management team on scene providing assistance to the family.
