Firefighters are making good progress and have contained the fire to the building of origin. One firefighter was transported with a non-life threatening burn injury. PIO Firefighter David Ortiz is on scene for media availability (Spanish + English). Companies inside protected belongings prior to applying water, while firefighters above coordinated their ventilation efforts with fire attack crews below. The coordinated effort minimized damage from water, fire, and smoke. There were no reported injuries.
