Though one male escaped the flames uninjured, a lifeless adult female (his mother?) was discovered by firefighters within the burning premises and determined to be dead at the scene. No other injuries reported. The animal is now described as semi-alert, with unspecified leg injury or outlook. After knocking back the flames from the exterior, firefighters entered the structure to finish off the remainder of the flames. 42 firefighters took 36 minutes to extinguish the blaze (1:10 AM). No reported injuries.
