Crews initiated an offensive fire attack and extinguished the fire in 18 minutes. Firefighters contained the fire to the unit of origin, preventing it from extending into the attic. There were no injuries reported. The original 9-1-1 call was received at 1:33AM. LAFD Arson Investigators are responding for the investigation due to a suspected illegal grow operation found in the unit. The fire has not yet extended into the brush but it is under threat. No structures damaged, only vehicles involved in the fire. No injuries reported.
